I had the most incredibly relaxing facial with Jenny. Jenny was beyond incredible. Her touch, her professionalism and her client care are simply wonderful. As a beauty therapist ive worked in many 5 star day spas myself and have incredibly high expectations ....Jenny exceeded these. Hands down best facial I have had in a very very long time. Thank you!! From the moment I stepped foot into the Ruby Spa reception area I was impressed with the relaxed yet professional environment. A feeling of luxury was everywhere I looked. I met John after checking in who was my masseuse for the booking and straight away he put me at ease with his friendly and welcoming demeanour. The treatment room was fantastic with a comfortable bed and perfect mood to relax in. The massage itself was the best I have ever had. I repeat - THE BEST I HAVE EVER HAD! I played professional sport for many years and have had my fair share of massages both remedial and relaxation and this was the perfect mix of the two. My wife also had the same massage with John and shared the same feeling of complete satisfaction. I am not one to leave feedback normally either as once the moment is gone I move on but this time I felt the need to acknowledge the great experience. Thanks again John & Ruby Spa - next time we are back on the Gold Coast we will be booking in again for sure. A must do if you are staying at the Marriott or even if you're not. 5 stars!
